The praying hands necklace has a handmade oval pendant with praying hands centered inside of a thin frame, all hanging from a thin bead chain. 
 
The options vary as follows:
sterling silver: 20" chain
gold-fill: 20" gold-fill chain, pendant is gold plated over sterling silver
14k yellow gold: 18" chain
