  • How do I take care of my mood ring?
    As the mood "stone" is a man-made, temperature-sensitive, piece of acrylic - it is best to remove your mood ring before showering/washing, exercising, sleeping, and while applying beauty products. Please be wary of exposing to extreme temperatures (both hot and cold), especially keeping it out of the direct sun on a hot day.
  • How do I find my ring size?
    If you don't know your ring size you can order a ring sizer from my shop. Alternatively, you can go to your local jewlery/deptartment store to be sized by an employee.
  • Do you customize pieces?
    Yes, basically everything can be customized and I absolutely love making customer orders! I can also make an order from scratch, should you have a unique idea in mind.
  • What is your refund/exhange policy?
    I do my best to describe the items accurately. If you feel that something was not described correctly, a refund/exchange can be made. Item must be returned to seller for full refund. Custom orders cannot be refunded or exchanged.
  • How long does it take to get my item(s) once I order?
    If your item is ready to ship it will ship in 1-2 business days. The majority of my pieces are made to order - please allow approximately 2 weeks for your item to be made (especially for you), then shipped from Los Angeles, CA. Shipping times vary depending on location. Express shipping available upon request. If you need an item sooner, contact me to see if it is possible.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes!
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    I accpet paypal and credit/debit card. If you prefer to use venmo, cashapp, or another money-sharing app contact me directly for arrangements.
  • My jewelry got damaged, can I have it replaced?
    Yes! Contact me to discuss details and cost.
